Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our Commitment

We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied. However, due to the nature of digital products and subscriptions, our refund policy is as follows.

1. General Policy

All sales are final. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, they cannot be "returned." We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a subscription has been delivered and activated.

2. Exceptions

We will issue a refund only in the following cases:

• Non-Delivery of Product: You did not receive the subscription details within 24 hours of your purchase.

• Product Not as Described: The product you received is fundamentally different from what was described at purchase.

• Initial Technical Issues: You were unable to activate or use the subscription due to a technical fault on our end, and we were unable to resolve this issue within 48 hours of you reporting it.

3. Ineligibility for Refund (Service Termination by Third-Party)

We do not provide refunds in cases where service access is lost due to actions taken by the third-party provider. This includes, but is not limited to, service termination or account suspension due to the provider's own policy enforcement. As we do not control the policies of these third-party companies, we cannot be held responsible for their actions.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under one of the exceptions above, you must contact us at t.me/itzSsain within 3 days of your purchase.

Your request must include:

• Your Order Number/UTR Number.

• The email address used for the purchase.

• A detailed reason for your request and any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots).

We will not issue refunds for reasons such as "I changed my mind," "I purchased the wrong item," or "I no longer need the subscription."

5. Cancellation

You may cancel any recurring subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. You will retain access to the service until the end of your paid billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial-month or partial-year subscription periods.
